Scallops, Butter, touch of garlic and some really excited dinner guests! |
Directions
Drop the butter in the frying pan and bring it to a sizzle, add a touch of garlic to taste and cook each side for 3 and 1/2 minutes on each side.
It's the old fashion way but you can't beat it! |
