Creamed Lobster - Back to Recipe Index

Ingredients

Lobster meat from approximately 5 cooked market lobsters
1/4 c. Margarine
1/4 c. Vinegar
1 pint of blend cream
Mashed potatoes


Directions

Saute lobster meat in margarine on medium heat. Add vinegar and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, mixing constantly. Turn heat off and mix in blend cream. Serve over mashed potatoes.
