1 lb. scallops
2 tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
Directions
Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in 2 tbsp. margarine. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk. Stir till thickened. Mix in scallops. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes.
