Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt margarine in large saucepan and saute onions until tender. Add potatoes and carrots and stir fry for 5 mins., stirring constantly. Sprinkle with flour and salt, stir to coat well. Add milk and heat until bubbly. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover. Arrange fillets on potatoes. Brush fillets with oil. Cover and bake an additional 25-30 minutes. |
